Outdoor Advertising is progressively becoming one of the most cost effective ways to get the message in front of the mass. With all of the fragmentation of other media there’s no way to tune out, shut off, throw away and walk away from outdoor advertising. While other media reflect lifestyles, outdoor advertising is an excellent way to strongly reinforce the other advertising mediums by working on a continuous basis, consistently reaching the consumer. Emerald Outdoor Advertising does not have a published rate card. All bulletin rates are quoted separately by way of proposal. It is more effective to customize a “rate card” to suit the advertising needs of each individual advertiser. The number of months, quantity, location and the particular market determine the rate. Production of digital vinyl is also quoted separately.
